Changing the way you eat isn’t just about removing foods from your home. It’s about changing the way you THINK about food, what circumstances and environments influence the way you behave and eat, and your mindset around habit change.

Food Journal -

I know, I know - such a pain! This is an introductory program, but I highly recommend utilizing the simple journal included (or one of your own) to keep track of how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally throughout the 10 days. It’s a great habit to catch triggers and facilitate future eliminations and modifications to help you reach your long-term goals.

Recipe Guide -

40+ recipes are included in this program, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks to ensure you are nourishing your body without feeling deprived!

pantry and shopping List -

Included is a pantry and shopping list to simplify your grocery run and keep you from wandering the aisles of temptation without the support of a laid-out plan (we’ve all been there - it’s a constant struggle for me too, especially with the kids tagging along!).

Group Coaching Session -

This introductory program includes one group coaching session held with other participants in the 10-Day Summer Detox. Two dates are offered per month to choose from in order to help with busy schedules. This 45-minute follow-up session provides an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, gain general insight and support your continued progress! A private follow-up session can be added at the end of the program for an additional fee, if preferred.
